LAKWATSA: EL NIDO

GETTING TO EL NIDO via Puerto Princesa:

BY VAN
We tried to catch up to the last bus going to El Nido but failed as the bus just left few minutes before we arrived at the PPS Terminal. We got late because we finished our last activity - Iwahig Firefly Watching - later than expected. But luckily, they were still Vhires available.
Since it was a night trip - which we chose so that we can spend less since we don't need to sleep in a hotel and instead sleep of the van (by the way, we really didn't save much here since we had to check in once we arrived at El Nido). Fare cost: Php 600.00/pax

WHERE TO STAY IN EL NIDO:

Address: Brgy. Masagana,5313, Real St., El Nido, Palawan
Contact No. 0995 237 3677
I personally feel that you don't need an airconditioned room here. We got ourselves a fan room for the night and boy! It was still cold. You just need a room - like seriously, there's so many places to go to!!

TIP 1: We stayed at MOCHILEROS GUESTHOUSE. It's not that pricey since we got a room for Php 800.00 which was originally good for 4pax (since it's the last room available, we took it) and it has it's own comfort room. It's worth it the price. You can check their latest price here.

I fell in love with the magical beauty that El Nido beholds. I've been to quite few places but this by far captured my heart. And honestly, I would want to stay here longer (but because we need to go back to reality in few days, we had no choice but to leave)

Breathtaking view of El Nido :)

We can only wish for mornings like this <3
Accidentally discovered this place.

WHERE TO EAT:
We just roamed around the city until we found an open one. Their restaurants are usually open during lunch time. By the way, ALWAYS BRING YOUR BOTTLED WATER - as water in El Nido isn't as clean as in Puerto Princesa or Coron (as advised to us by the owner of Cleon Villas) - it is better safe than sorry. So if you have a weak digestive system, be extra careful. You wouldn't want to miss your tours. :)
